Our Business Insurance cover is there to offer protection should a claim be made against you at an Employment Tribunal by an employee. If the advice offered is followed  then the cover will apply.

About Highfield HR

Highfield HR are an Outsourced Human Resources Consultancy based in South Wales.

 

Jayne who is the Director of Highfield HR has previously worked at a senior level in HR for a number of large  companies in the retail, manufacturing and the heavy industry sectors. She started the business in 2017 and it has since gone from strength to strength.

 

She has considerable experience of managing change in organisations including redundancy, re-organisation, recruitment and union negotiations. Her aim is now to offer that expertise to small and medium businesses who do not have their own HR department.

For £99 we can provide you with a contract of employment.

 

For a Fixed £599 we can provide you with:

Integrated HR Support

Our Retained HR Services package provides you with comprehensive HR support, all of the documents that you need, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your business is protected.

These packages which start at £100 per month will provide you:

  • 5 hours on site support
  • A contract of employment
  • Employee Handbook

HR Support for the Food Industry

If your business is involved in Food Manufacturing, there may be a number of ways in which we can support you.

 

  1. Interim HR Support for a set period to cover for example maternity leave or an absence
  2. Project Support
  3. Help to work towards a SMEATA or ethical audit
